Shipping and Returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day from Denver, CO. after receipt of payment and are shipped via FedEx Ground with tracking and drop-off signature. If you prefer delivery by FedEx without signature, please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. One time Handling fees are $3.00 for the whole order.
Freight charges vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Any upgraded shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return. Returns cannot be processed without a Return Good Authorization number. Contact our customer service department before shipping any returns to acquire your RGA number. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs and restock will be deducted from your refund.
All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
Replacing Damaged or Missing Parts
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt!
All orders are carefully inspected, counted and packed to assure excellent quality and no breakage. In the event of damage caused during shipping or a human packing error, please follow the procedures below for prompt resolution of the problem:
1) Encircle the damaged or short item on the packing slip that came with your order and indicate what is wrong with the item or problem you are claiming.
2) Email the packing slip with your comments to cs@tabletopoutlet .com Be sure to write your name and telephone number so we can be sure to get back to the right person.
3) Our Customer Service Representative will research your claim and get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
Remember: Claims must be reported within THREE business days of receipt of your order!
